Can they not continue East to less populated areas?
The sound is so continuous and annoying, yet I believe they are unaware.
It definitely gets on my nerves. Round and round and round. Enough already.
I fully understand they are not breaking any rules, and they have the right, but some consideration would be most appreciated.
